Return & Refund Policy

At RUPS FASHION, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging are intact.

RUPS FASHION reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, washed, worn, or altered.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as "Non-Returnable", unless they are damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective or

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the package (if damaged)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


4. Size Exchange

If the ordered size does not fit, you may request a size exchange (subject to stock availability).

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request.
  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


6. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after receiving the customer's payment details.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Return shipping charges may apply for customer-initiated returns.

9. Product Colour & Design Variation

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However, slight differences in colour may occur due to:

  • Mobile or computer screen settings
  • Photography lighting
  • Fabric dye batches
  • Handcrafted or printed fabric characteristics

Such minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.


10. Right to Refuse Returns

RUPS FASHION reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.
  • The product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags and packaging.
  • The return does not comply with this policy.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with RUPS FASHION. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available for orders weighing up to 0.5 kg.
  • For orders exceeding 0.5 kg, shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order during checkout.
  • The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • West Bengal: 2–5 Business Days
  • Metro Cities: 3–6 Business Days
  • Other States: 4–8 Business Days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and your location.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes.
  • RUPS FASHION reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or customers with repeated order cancellations or refusals.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

RUPS FASHION will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transport disruptions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Government restrictions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


9. Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your Order ID along with photographs for verification.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


10. International Shipping

Currently, RUPS FASHION ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
